REMOTE CONSULTATION
Via Zoom; Photos of project must be available. Design Discussion and design goals, review existing and recommend options for solutions. Allow 1 hour prep, 1 hour meeting, 1 hour follow up and document. Perfect for addition, remodel, furniture, finishes concepts.
Fee $350-500
SCHEDULE A HOUSE CALL
On Site Meeting, local to PNB offices, up to 10 miles. Evaluate, discuss goals and make recommendations, allow 1-2 hours. PNB will make notes and provide a meeting outline to follow. Perfect for addition, remodel, furniture placement, finishes, exploring options.
Fee $500-1000
IN-STUDIO CONSULTATION
In-Studio consultation perfect for furniture, window treatments, carpet, tile, accessories, lighting, all interior items. Make an appointment for studio time.
Fee $75/hr.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
Full services for assessing architectural/Interior projects, from conceptual through construction drawings for bid and permit. Site visits to see the project, measure and photograph, then develop design options for your specific needs. CAD drawings and 3D presentations. Perfect for addition, remodeling, new construction, interior spaces and details, kitchens, baths and finishes. Each project will be proposed at a flat fee for consulting with add-on options.
Fee to be assigned per project.
