Started as a part time consulting business, we have spent 23 years growing and fine tuning our services. Today, the PNB team is made up of two professional designers and two business administrators. We also have a pool of professional associates for engineering support, construction, installation, cabinet and furniture makers, installers and movers. PNB clients have access to a full range of services allowing complete control over their building and interior project. Conceptual Design Assess criteria and develop alternate design solutions to be refined into a final design. Includes computer drawings, sketches, product and finish information. Construction Documents Plans and specifications for permit and construction; finish schedules, doors and window schedules, cabintry details, hardware, lighting plans and computer drawings. Project Management Coordinate design plans with Contractors and Tradesmen. Liaison between Owner and the Trades, Supplies, etc. Furnishings Provide and install all interior finishes, furniture, wall coverings, flooring, window treatments, art, and accessories. PNB designs furniture as well as provides manufacturer's products.
